The hunting Council of the Valga County will ask the Department of the environment to issue a special permit to shoot two young bears who have moved to Estonia from Russia before the hunting season. Bears were also spotted in the villages of Jaanikese and Sooru, on the highway near Valga, as well as in the vicinity of Valka in Latvia.
